Location of Tour Departures

You will be sent specific instructions on where and when to meet your Upachaya tour greeter and bus operator once we receive your reservation.

Our tours are scheduled to fit within the port time of the cruise ships arriving in Roatan, whether that is the Coxen Hole port, or the Mahogany Bay port. Usually we have you exit the ship as quickly as possible and meet you immediately. We will provide you with the exact time to meet us for transport to Upachaya with your reservation confirmation. We monitor the cruise ship schedules and plan our tour itineraries to give you plenty of time to return back to your ship.

The Roatan Marine Park mission is to facilitate enforcement of Honduran environmental protection laws, create a sense of environmental responsibility among local communities and conduct research to inform local decision makers on appropriate action to reduce impacts of human activities on the marine environment.

We believe as responsible tour operators it is our obligation to give back to this organization, the Roatan Marine Park that works diligently to preserve and protect this wondrous natural resource.
