Booking at Upachaya - All guests are asked to check our events page to ensure the dates you are booking coincide with the event you'd like to participate in. Guests should be aware of and make sure that their passports show a minimum of 6 months left prior to traveling to Roatan.

Deposits - A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Your balance will be due at the time of your departure from Upachaya. Your balance will be payable by cash, credit card or PayPal. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX are processed through PayPal.

Listed Prices & Taxes - All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Listed prices do not include Honduran tourist tax of 16% that will be added to your balance. Prices listed for accommodations DO NOT include cost of Workshops. Please see the Workshop you'd like to attend for details on pricing for that event.

Cancellations - Cancellations made over 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a fee of $85.00 USD per reservation. Cancellations 15 - 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of deposit. Cancellations made 14 days or less are 100% non-refundable. Prices and policies are subject to change.
